Refund Policy

This website sells digital writing products, including PDF and EPUB editions. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once download access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Digital Product Refunds

Refunds are not normally provided after a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

A duplicate purchase was made by mistake;
The wrong file or product was delivered;
A technical issue prevents access to the purchased files and cannot reasonably be resolved;
The purchased files are materially defective and a working replacement cannot be provided; or
Another clear purchase or delivery error occurred.

Download Problems

If you have trouble accessing a purchased PDF or EPUB file, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide replacement files, or otherwise resolve the problem.

How Refunds Are Processed

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment and digital delivery providers. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
